How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all our products to all our destinations. Shipping times can vary depending on the time of year but on average it will take 14-28 days to receive your package once shipped.

We are not responsible for any costs incurred or delays due to customs or related fees.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship to a range of countries including but not limited to United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

After an average processing time of 3 days. Our orders usually reach customers within 14-28 days of being shipped.

Please allow for an extra 7 days during busy holiday periods.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We process our payments through Paypal; card payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express are also available via Paypal Guest Checkout even if you do not have a Paypal account.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

You can be sure that your information is secured. All payments are processed via Paypal’s encrypted checkout system and none of your financial details is shared with iBodycon. Paypal’s privacy policy can be found here.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order at iBodycon. We will remember you using the email used at checkout, however this will only be used for transaction emails.

How Do I Track My Order?

You may track the status of your order via our order tracking page.

Your order number is located in your order confirmation email.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Unfortunately Orders cannot be be cancelled or altered once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been processed, please contact us directly by filling the form below within 18 hours of placing your order.

How Can I Return a Product?

We will only accept returns in their original packaging and in salable condition.
